How it works

Six steps from your old website to your new booking site. You see your new booking site before you pay anything.

1. Pick your styles

First decide what studio type you are: canvas type studios, multi-material studios or clay studios. For each type we have three attractive sample sites in different styles.

Multi-material studios are available now, more types are coming.

Choose the two styles you like best.

2. Adapt and explore

You modify the sample sites in a preview. The sample sites are made with blocks you can drag around and change. The changes you make to the previews are applied to the sample sites and you can explore them as a website visitor.

3. Request your demo sites

Once you like the experience, you request an actual demo with your own images, events and so on. We ask for your permission by email, and we visit your website as a normal visitor to copy its images and learn what activities you offer.

You can provide instructions that are reviewed by the human staff but the images and text are assigned automatically. You can modify the site, upload or change images before your site goes live.

4. Try the demo sites as the owner

The two demo sites are created as fully functional WordPress booking sites where you can explore as the owner, create events, classes and parties, and test thoroughly. You have a split view and see the effect of your changes directly.

At this point you will also have access to the online documentation.

5. Choose your new site

Once you decide which of the two demos should be your new booking site, you let us know and we charge you for the first month. Per the terms you have a 15 day money back guarantee on the first payment. We then set up the site you chose on our servers as your new booking site, ready for your domain.

We will set up an online meeting of up to an hour where the staff will give you a guided tour of all the functions of your new booking site so you know everything you need to know.

You will also be sent a pdf with the contents of the online documentation and you will have access to the customer portal where you can send in priority messages if there are questions. They will be answered before any regular messages.

6. Go live

Whenever a website is moved, the address, called a domain, must point to the new location. We can provide assistance, but the domain belongs to you, so we cannot change it.

You can now enjoy all the features of your new booking site.
