Calendar feeds

Read-only ICS subscription links — the standard "subscribe by URL" that Apple, Google, and Outlook calendars all support. Only published shifts appear; new publishes show up on the app's next refresh. Each link carries a private token: treat links like passwords.

The site-wide on/off toggle lives in Settings → Calendar feed.

Personal feed — everyone

Each staff member subscribes to their own shifts from portal Options → Calendar subscription: copy the link, add it to the calendar app as a subscription/URL calendar. Reset link invalidates a leaked URL.

Team feed — PRO

PRO requires the Pro add-on.

Settings → Calendar feed shows the Full-schedule link (managers) — one URL carrying everyone's published shifts, for the manager's own calendar app. It has its own Reset calendar link button.

Timezone and refresh notes

Feed times are in the studio timezone (Settings) — if times look shifted in an app, check that setting first.
Calendar apps refresh on their own schedule; Google Calendar can take several hours to pick up changes. That's the app, not the plugin.
