Schedules → Settings. "Your display" applies just to you; everything else is site-wide.

Setting What it does
Time format / Colour theme (Your display) How times and colours appear for you, including in the builder. Staff pick their own in portal Options.
Day window Earliest–latest schedulable times (default 10:30–21:30). The painter and builder grids span exactly this window.
Timezone The studio's timezone (IANA city zones only). Drives calendar feed times and the POS endpoint.
Granularity The painting/scheduling grid step: 5–60 minutes (default 15).
Week starts on The weekday your schedule weeks begin (default Monday; a fresh install adopts your WordPress week-start setting). Choose it before you start scheduling — it locks once any schedule or availability exists, because every stored week is keyed to its first day and changing the anchor afterwards would strand that data.
Active days Which weekdays exist in the painter and builder.
Qualifiers One per line. Everyone is a baseline "paint person"; the others (opener, closer, …) gate shifts requiring them — in the builder and on the tradeboard.
Event catalogue The event types offered when creating an event.
Default theme Site-wide default palette; every user may override it.
Trade approval Manual — a manager approves every trade/drop (Approvals); Auto — accepted trades complete on their own.
Shift reminders Hours before a shift to email a reminder; blank = off.
Email delivery Advisory note — use an SMTP plugin for reliable delivery.
Assignment assist — PRO Assist's targets: weekly shift target, min/target/max hours, event arrive-early / stay-after minutes.
Uninstall Opt-in: delete all plugin data when the plugin is uninstalled (data & privacy).
POS integration — PRO The Bearer key + connection health line for the POS integration.
Calendar feed Site-wide feeds on/off; the PRO team link lives here (calendar feeds).
License — PRO Your license key: activate, deactivate, re-check (licensing).
