Data & privacy
Where your data lives
All scheduling data — availability, shifts, schedules, trades, time off, staff profiles — is stored in your own WordPress database. Nothing is sent anywhere to make scheduling work; there is no account with us and no external service in the scheduling path.
What leaves your site (Pro only)
The license check sends your license key, site URL, and plugin version to studiotoolbox.com — when you press Activate/Re-check, when checking for updates in wp-admin, and in a weekly background check. Never from your visitors' pages, and never any scheduling or staff data. Details: Licensing & updates.
The free plugin phones home to nothing.
Uninstalling
Deleting the plugin keeps your data by default, so you can reinstall or upgrade without loss. For a genuine full wipe, first tick Settings → Uninstall → Delete all plugin data when the plugin is uninstalled, then delete the plugin — tables, settings, schedules, templates, queued email, and the staff role are removed, along with every plugin detail stored on staff accounts (phone, hire date, qualifiers, calendar links, display preferences). (Staff WordPress accounts themselves remain, as regular users without the staff role.)
