Logging in to the staff portal
Everything staff do happens at yoursite.com/staff — there's nothing for them in
wp-admin (it's blocked for staff accounts by design). The portal works well on phones.
Log in with the username and password from your welcome email. You'll be asked to change the temporary password on first login. Forgot it? A manager can email you a new temporary one from the roster.
Locked out? After 5 failed attempts within 15 minutes, logins for that username from your network pause for 15 minutes. Wait it out and try again, or ask a manager to reset your password in the meantime.
