What does "Dislike" availability actually do? Nothing hard — it schedules like Available, but the builder shows the manager an amber warning so they know you'd rather not work those hours. (The brushes.)

Can two people be on the same shift? A shift bar holds one person. For multi-person coverage, create parallel shifts in extra lanes — the builder stacks lanes per day.

Why can't staff open wp-admin? By design. Staff accounts are portal-only; everything they need is at /staff. Managers and admins are unaffected.

Can staff trade a shift on the day of the shift? No — the tradeboard works a day or more ahead, and uncompleted postings expire when the shift's day arrives.

Does publishing email everyone, every time? Publishing emails everyone scheduled, once. Edits afterwards email no one until you press Notify affected staff — and then only the people whose shifts changed.

What happens to my data if my Pro license expires? Nothing. The license gates updates and support only — scheduling keeps working, data stays put (licensing).
