▤ Week templates

PRO requires the Pro add-on.

If your weeks follow patterns ("summer week", "holiday week"), save the pattern once and recall it whenever it applies.

Save this week as a template… — names the current week's layout (shifts, events, assignments). Saving under an existing name updates that template.
Recall a template into the week you're viewing — it replaces that week's draft with the template, ready to adjust for reality.
Delete templates you've outgrown from the same menu.

Recalling into a published week is blocked — unpublish it first (publishing); replacing a schedule staff have already been emailed about should be a deliberate act.
