Preferences

• Time format — 12/24-hour times, everywhere in the portal.
• Colour theme — the palette for your availability painter and schedule views.

Calendar subscription

Subscribe your phone or desktop calendar app (Apple, Google, Outlook) to your shifts: copy the private link and add it to your calendar app as a subscription/URL calendar. New shifts appear automatically as schedules are published — see calendar feeds for app-specific notes and timezone details.

Keep the link private — anyone with it can see your shifts. If it ever leaks, Reset link invalidates the old URL (re-subscribe with the new one).
