Events

Events mark the demand side of a day: a birthday party, a class, a walk-in rush you know is coming. They come from your event catalogue (Settings) and live in their own lanes at the top of each day card.

An event carries no staffing number — it doesn't assign anyone. It shows everyone building or reading the schedule why the day needs the coverage it has, and ✨ Assist staffs around events with arrive-early / stay-after margins.

Creating one

Double-tap an empty spot in an event lane, pick the type from the catalogue, drag the edges to fit. Concurrent events go in separate lanes (＋ add lane). Click an event to add a note, duplicate, or delete it.

Events are unlimited in both the free and Pro editions.
